The board of the Everett School District is looking to renew the community's commitment to great schools with Proposition No. 2. If approved, this would replace the expiring educational programs and operations levy, which funds all sports and extracurriculars, as well as transportation, special education, substitute teachers, early childhood education, and more. At a rate of $2.20 per $1,000 in assessed value in 2023, which drops to $2.14 by 2024, these continued benefits would cost the owner of a median $612,000 home about $1,346 in 2023.

Everett voters have overwhelmingly approved these education levies in the past because we know that strong communities start with strong schools. Vote YES on Proposition No. 1 to give Everett students the best start at successful, healthy futures.
