The Ridgefield School District No. 122 has proposed issuing $77 million in bonds to build a new K-4 elementary school, expand Ridgefield High School, renovate the vocational education building, and make other safety updates as needed. The bonds would be repaid through a property tax of approximately $0.09 per $1,000 of assessed property value, or approximately $31 per year for the owner of a median $347,000 home.
