His only clearly articulated stance is that politics needs to be more civil. Aubrey Vaughan is the interim commissioner, appointed after former Commissioner Kelly Emerson resigned. Vaughan has made organizing the budget early a priority. He not have the same experience and strengths as a candidate as Jacks. Kelly Bailey is a software tester for Amazon mobile devices. He had worked as a precinct committee officer for the Lost Lake Community Club during the last election cycle and was urged to run by his friends.
