Marcia S. “Cia” Price is a lifelong Peninsula-raised legislator serving Virginia’s 85th District since 2024, after representing District 95 since 2016. A philosophy and religious studies graduate with a divinity degree, she is the founding director of VA BLOC and a leading advocate for voting rights, housing justice, and gun safety. As chair of the House Privileges and Elections Committee and the VA Commission to End Hunger, she blends legislative leadership with deep community engagement.
