Congressman Andy Levin is running for his second term in Congress, having first been elected in 2018. Levin has already been named Vice Chair of the House Committee on Education and Labor - a significant accomplishment for a first-term member of Congress.
Before being elected to Congress, Levin undertook several initiatives that have helped companies improve their sustainability. Before that, he helped create Michigan’s No Worker Left Behind program, which helped over 160,000 unemployed Michiganders return to school. For more than a decade, he worked as Deputy Director of Organizing for the AFL-CIO. He also performed legal work on behalf of asylum seekers and investigated human rights issues around the world.
Economic justice, the environment, health care, and human rights continue to be priorities for Levin, just as they have been throughout his career.
Levin is endorsed by seven of our partner organizations, including the AFL-CIO, Michigan Education Association, American Federation of Teachers, Clean Water Action, Sierra Club, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan, and Between the Lines.
Levin is facing first time candidate Charles Langworthy.
Levin is the most progressive candidate in the race.

Chief Justice Bridget Mary McCormack and Elizabeth Welch are our recommendations for the Michigan Supreme Court. Both candidates will protect our civil rights while ensuring justice for all.
The Michigan Supreme Court race appears on the non-partisan section of the ballot, but McCormack and Welch were nominated by the Michigan Democratic Party. Be sure to turn your ballot over and do not leave this important race blank.
