Halls believes in the right to choose an abortion and that the wealthy should be paying their fair share of taxes. He’s also passionate about the necessity of quality, accessible healthcare, including mental healthcare, for all. Halls is running against Republican Representative Karen Hurd, who has been endorsed by radical anti-abortion groups aiming to outlaw the procedure in Wisconsin.
