State Assembly

Depending on where you live, you may have one of the below State Assembly races on your ballot.

Representative, District 73

Angela Stroud is a longtime educator who is running for the 73rd Assembly District to support the regular people of the northwoods communities in Madison. Stroud believes in fighting for affordable housing, ensuring the right to choose an abortion remains possible, and protecting all of our natural resources, in particular the Lake Superior Watershed. She is passionate about the responsibility of being a good steward of Lake Superior and opposes the potential pipeline currently being discussed. As an educator married to another educator, Stroud knows the importance of quality public schools; she plans on fighting to update Wisconsin’s flawed funding formula and to restore collective bargaining rights. She is running against Republican candidate Frank Kostka. Angela Stroud is the clear progressive choice in this race.
