Representative, District 28

A veterinarian, small business owner, and president of the Western Wisconsin Health board of directors, Danielle Johnson is running for the 28th Assembly District to give back to the community that has given her so much since she settled in St. Croix County 15 years ago. Johnson is focused on fighting for Wisconsin families, freedoms and futures by expanding BadgerCare, making smart investments to create good-paying jobs, providing working families some relief from rising costs, strengthening the freedom to vote, finding state-level solutions to climate change, and fighting to expand broadband access. Representative, District 75

Jane Kleiss has lived in Polk County for nearly 20 years, becoming a well-known community figure through her work on the Festival Theater Board of Directors, her food at Cafe Wren, and her personal chef service. She supports the right to choose an abortion, fully funding public schools and protecting Wisconsin’s natural environment, and supporting working families with access to affordable childcare. Kleiss is running against Republican candidate Duke Tucker, who has aligned himself with one of Wisconsin’s most radical anti-abortion organizations. Jane Kleiss is the progressive choice in this race.
