Wisconsin Conservation Voters Endorsements

Janet Protasiewicz is a current Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge, who worked as an Assistant District Attorney for 25 years before getting elected judge in 2014. Protasiewicz will be a common sense justice who will take back the court from right-wing partisan extremists and restore integrity to the court. Protasiewicz promises to protect public safety and believes in reproductive freedom. Protasiewicz's opponent is Daniel Kelly, who is endorsed by an extreme right wing group that wants to ban abortion without exception, even when the pregnant person's life is at risk, and who was paid nearly $120,000 by the Republican Party to advise them on election issues including the 2020 scheme to submit fake Donald Trump electors. Janet Protasiewicz is the progressive choice in this race.

Jodi Habush Sinykin is a long-time community leader, well-respected environmental lawyer, and mother of four who grew up in Fox Point and now lives in Whitefish Bay. Jodi is a strong supporter of women's reproductive rights who has pledged to prioritize creating good-paying jobs and keeping our communities safe. Jodi's opponent is conservative state legislator Dan Knodl, who is endorsed by an extreme right wing group that wants to ban all abortion without exception, even when the pregnant person's life is at risk, and who signed a January 2021 letter asking then-Vice President Pence to refuse to certify the 2020 presidential election results. Jodi Habush Sinykin is the clear progressive choice in this race.

Eric Genrich has served as mayor of Green Bay since 2019, before which he represented a significant portion of the city of Green Bay in the Wisconsin State Assembly for six years. As mayor, Genrich has prioritized making smart investments in public safety, fixing our roads, and engaging in truly inclusive community development. Genrich has also championed voting rights to ensure all voters in Green Bay can participate in our democracy. Genrich supports reproductive freedom and has worked to advance LGBTQ equality throughout Green Bay. Genrich is being challenged by conservative former state legislator Chad Weininger, who has repeatedly been endorsed by an extreme right wing group that supports Wisconsin's 1849 abortion ban. Eric Genrich is the progressive choice in this race.

Cory Mason has served as mayor of Racine since 2017, prior to which he represented Racine in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Mason is a sixth-generation resident of Racine, and has championed sustainable economic development, investing in public safety and violence prevention, improving housing, and protecting our democracy. Mason is being challenged by conservative alder Henry Perez. Cory Mason is the progressive choice in this race.
