  • State Senator Jeff Smith is a father, small business owner, lifelong western Wisconsinite, and the current State Senator for the 31st District. In the Senate, Smith has worked to lower health care costs and expand high-speed internet, and supported the largest tax cut in state history to help families stay ahead of rising costs. Smith believes Wisconsinites deserve access to affordable health care, clean air and water, a strong public education system, and affordable broadband. Smith has been a consistent voice for progressive values in the Senate, including supporting women's reproductive rights and fighting for equal rights regardless of identity. His opponent is Republican candidate Dave Estenson, who was investigated by the Wisconsin Department of Justice in 2007 over allegations he engaged in sexual misconduct while he was working as a police officer, who personally attended the January 6th insurrection, and who is endorsed by an extreme right wing group that wants to ban abortion without exception, even when the pregnant person's life is at risk. Smith is the progressive choice in this race.

Johnson strongly supports a person's right to make their own reproductive healthcare decisions and believes abortion should be safe, legal and accessible in Wisconsin. Johnson is challenging Republican incumbent Clint Moses, who is endorsed by an extreme right wing group that wants to ban abortion without exception, even when the pregnant person's life is at risk.
