Assemblyman Tip McGuire has helped introduce multiple pieces of important progressive legislation in his first term. He was one of the co-sponsors of the Healthcare Heroes Act, which would provide paid sick leave, hazard pay, and no-cost COVID-19 healthcare coverage for frontline healthcare workers. His first piece of legislation as an Assembly member was to close the Dark Store Loophole. Medicaid expansion has also been a top priority for McGuire. He has proposed legislation providing funding for police body cameras, addressing unemployment disbursement issues, and providing loans for homeowners to prevent eviction. His opponent is Republican candidate Ed Hibsch. McGuire is the most progressive choice in this race.

His priorities are healthcare, education, and tax fairness. He has sponsored bills on those issues and others, including LGBTQ+ rights, environmental protection, criminal justice, and union rights. His opponent is Republican challenger Crystal Miller.  Ohnstad is the most progressive choice in this race.

Her opponent, Will Leverson, was endorsed by WI Right to Life, an organization that wants to ban abortion. Neubauer is the progressive choice in this race.
