Napavine School District
Like other local school districts, Napavine relies on local levies and bonds to bridge the gap in state funding needed to offer a modern and safe education.
Napavine School District Proposition 1 would replace the expiring Educational Programs and Operations (EP&O) Levy. Previously approved by voters in 2022, the EP&O Levy keeps our district running with the programs and resources that our students rely on for a well-rounded education. Napavine students benefit from extracurricular programs, athletics, arts, and special education programs – all of which will lose funding if the EP&O Levy is not renewed. Currently, the levy also covers the cost of some regular maintenance, technology upgrades, and transportation costs. It is a vital source of funding for our schools. At $1.55 per $1,000 in assessed property value, this levy would cost the owner of a $465,000 home approximately $721 a year for three years.
Vote Yes on Napavine School District Proposition 1 so that all our students have the resources and learning environments to thrive at school.
