Port Townsend School District Proposition #1 photo Port Townsend School District No. 50 has proposed a three-year levy to raise $3 million per year for basic education programs and school support programs. This would replace the existing levy at the same level of $1.08 per $1,000 of assessed value, rising to $1.15 in 2022, costing the owner of a median $364,000 home $452 per year.
