Richard Huddy, the former executive of CAPRI Heart & Lung Institute, is running for Bremerton City Council District 6. Huddy is a collaborator who has been working on revitalization efforts in Bremerton. He is also a public safety advocate who started a neighborhood watch with his wife called the Bremerton Rainier District.
Huddy faces opposition from conservative incumbent Roy Runyon, who was the only council member who declined to sign a letter opposing the casino on Callow Avenue. Given his experience making his neighborhood a better place to live, Huddy deserves your vote.Ultima actualización 2023-04-05Richard Huddy

Initiative 1366
Initiative-1366 from Tim Eyman orders the legislature to send a constitutional amendment to the voters next year requiring a two-thirds supermajority vote to close tax loopholes or raise revenue. If legislators refuse, Eyman’s initiative would create an $8 billion hole in our state budget over the next six years by cutting the sales tax by a full 1 percent.
