Dr. Miller holds a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech and a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He previously served on the Virginia Board of Medicine and is Counselor to the Medical Society of Virginia for the Fifth District. He currently serves on the Danville Utility Commission and the Danville-Pittsylvania County RIFA.
