Catherine Rec is a technician, business owner, and grandmother from Quicksburg. Raised in a union household, she champions collective bargaining rights, workplace safety, and fair wages. Her platform centers on rural revitalization efforts, like bringing a Shenandoah County community college satellite campus, upgrading water, sewer, and broadband infrastructure, and linking job training to local economic development. Rec’s pledge for congressional term limits and her outsider, kitchen-table approach highlight her commitment to accountable, community-driven governance.
