Welcome to Progressive Voters Guide, a website for the Commonwealth Communications to provide a progressive voters guide to provide voter education for upcoming elections.  By accessing or using our website at Progressive Voters Guide (the “Website”), you (the “User”) signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”).  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Website. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Website Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.

Trademarks

Progressive Voters Guide’s graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Progressive Voters Guide in the U.S. and/or other countries.  Nothing in these terms grants you a right or license to use any trademark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by the Commonwealth Communications or any third party, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

User Conduct

You understand and agree that the Website is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You further agree not to harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of Users from the Website by electronic or other means.  Additionally, you agree not to use automated scripts to collect information from the Website or for any other purpose.  You further agree that you may not use the Website in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website. In addition, you agree not to use the Website to:

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Commonwealth Communications regarding the use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Progressive Voters Guide relating to your use of the Website. The failure of Progressive Voters Guide to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Website Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
