Paasch is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and currently works as a senior trial attorney for Allstate Insurance. Prior to this role, he served as a police officer in West Michigan. Paasch currently serves on the City of East Grand Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals and the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly, 17th Circuit.
