Elizabeth-Anne J. Peterson is running for a 6-year term, new judgeship on the 48th Circuit Court in Allegan County.
Peterson is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is currently an assistant prosecuting attorney in Allegan County. Prior to this role, she served as an assistant prosecuting attorney at the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office. She has worked with the Safe Harbor Children’s Advocacy Center and the Allegan County Coordinating Council on Domestic Violence. She also served as treasurer, vice president, and president of the Allegan County Bar Association.
