About the Progressive Voters Guide
The Progressive Voters Guide is a project of Progress Michigan PAC and Fuse Washington. Since 2008, we've combined the endorsements of leading progressive organizations with research about candidates and ballot measures to give you the information you've been searching for to be an informed voter. More than 2,100,000 people have used the Progressive Voters Guide, and thousands come back each and every election for more of our thorough candidate research and trusted recommendations.
Progress Michigan Political Action Fund
Our mission is to provide a strong credible voice that holds public officials and government accountable, assists in the promotion of progressive ideas and uses state-of-the-art web based new media to creatively build grassroots support for progressive ideas.
But we don’t do it alone. Progress Michigan works as a communications team and media hub for the entire progressive community. We’re a marketing department for progressive ideas – a campaign that never stops. We work year round to challenge conservative propaganda in the media and make sure that progressive perspectives are heard.

The American Federation of Teachers is a union of professionals that champions fairness; democracy; economic opportunity; and high-quality public education, healthcare and public services for our students, their families and our communities. We are committed to advancing these principles through community engagement, organizing, collective bargaining and political activism, and especially through the work our members do.
Between The Lines weekly newspaper is the largest and longest-running LGBTQ publication in Michigan. Our print edition is published every other Thursday and we are available for free pickup at over 600 locations. The digital edition is also available be for downloading. Our website posts daily news and entertainment, with an emphasis on developments impacting LGBTQ and allied citizens across Michigan and beyond
At a time when democracy is under assault, we believe that expanding participation in our elections and increasing the diversity of voices participating in solving our community’s and our nation’s most challenging problems in critical to the health and longevity of our democracy. Given the historical barriers aimed at disenfranchising African-American voters, we believe that a focused effort to engage, mobilize, organize, and build political power in our communities is a necessary part of expanding our democracy.
LCV works to turn environmental values into national, state and local priorities. LCV, in collaboration with our state LCV partners, advocates for sound environmental laws and policies, holds elected officials accountable for their votes and actions, and elects pro-environment candidates who will champion our priority issues
The mission of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan is to protect and enchance the ability of affiliates to deliver reproductive health care services by affecting policy makers through through electoral and non-electoral activities. The goals of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan are to: 1) Educate communities about the status of reproductive rights and health. 2) Educate communities about the impact of public policy and conservative decision makers on the status of reproductive health and rights. 3) Drive action and hold decision makers accountable on women's health and rights. 4) Mobilize voters around the election. 5) Build long-term power through the meaningful engagment of supporters and allies.
Our mission is to: (1) Explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth; (2) Practice and promote the responsible use of the earth’s ecosystems and resources; (3) Educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment; and (4) Use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.
