La Proposición LL pregunta si se debe permitir al estado conservar y gastar los ingresos recaudados con la Proposición FF. La Proposición FF estableció el Programa de Comidas Escolares Saludables para Todos y ha acumulado $12.4 millones en ingresos desde su aprobación inicial por los votantes en 2022. El Programa de Comidas Escolares Saludables para Todos se financia con impuestos estatales sobre la renta y apoya la alimentación escolar gratuita para todos los estudiantes, independientemente de sus ingresos familiares.
