City of Lakewood

Cathy Kentner is a new candidate and "neighborhood defender" running for Lakewood Mayor. Cathy has spent a lot of time working to defend Lakewood's heritage and supports a "people first" approach to policies such as crime reduction, homelessness, sustainability, and economic development.

Don Burkhart is the conservative running for Lakewood Mayor. Burkhart is running on a pro-development, "tough-on-crime" platform and is endorsed by failed GOP Gubernatorial candidate Heidi Ganahl. Burkhart is endorsed by the extremist hate group, the Colorado Conservative Patriot Alliance a "nationalist" group seeking to limit states' rights, ban abortion, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights. 

Wendi Strom is currently the Lakewood Mayor Pro Team and Ward 5 City Council member. She is a small business owner and mom, and prides herself on listening and bringing people together. Strom has worked to rebuild the Lakewood economy, preserve open space, and ensure public safety. Wendi has spent her time on city council bringing people together to move Lakewood forward and is a pragmatic progressive.

Fred Clifford is a conservative, "liberty" candidate running to represent Lakewood, Ward 1. He is running for liberty, TABOR preservation, and crime prevention.

Glenda Slinks is a long-time resident and progressive running to represent Lakewood's Ward 1. A retiree and long-time educator, Glenda is running to keep Lakewood moving forward by advancing affordable housing, improved transportation and transit, sustainability initiatives, and crime prevention.

Isabel Cruz is a community leader, neighbor, and public policy advocate running for Ward 1 on the Lakewood City Council. She brings a fresh and inclusive perspective for creating a more economically viable, sustainable community for all of Lakewood's residents. Cruz is the progressive running for Ward 1 for Lakewood City Council.

Peter Anthony Del Duca II is the conservative running to represent Lakewood Ward 1 with a "tough on crime," reduce homelessness, taxes and traffic accidents platform. He is named as part of the Conservative Patriot Alliance, which is an extremist conservative group that believes in "conservative nationalist" policies and limited "states' rights." Del Duca is endorsed by the extremist hate group, the Colorado Conservative Patriot Alliance a "nationalist" group seeking to limit states' rights, ban abortion, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights.
