Vancouver School District No. 37 has proposed a 6-year levy to update technology and software for students as well as provide digital training for teachers. Proposition No. 4 would collect an average of $8 million per year through a property tax of $0.32 per $1,000 of assessed value in 2020 that drops to $0.30 in 2024, costing the owner of a median $347,000 home an average of $70 per year. This measure will be invalided if voters reject Proposition 3. Vote yes on Proposition 4 to ensure all students have the digital tools and training they need for 21st-century jobs and civic life!
